World’s largest indoor butterfly park as it is claimed by the authorities, Dubai Butterfly Park is one of the new additions in Dubai attractions list. It is a home of thousands of bright, fluttering butterflies which is getting great response from Dubai tourists. Garden has nine domes covering 1,800 square meters and has capacity of hosting 300 (approximately) people at one point of time. Each dome is beautifully decorated with flowers, plants and various colourful species of butterflies. Every dome is climate controlled and provides a relaxed environment to these special species which brought here from all across the world.

Three domes are home of 15,000 butterflies from 26 different species which is expected to increase to 40 over the coming months. At the entrance, you will be impressed with an enormous flower garden that is crafted like a butterfly.

How to Reach

Dubai government has recently inaugurated direct bus service to Miracle garden from Mall of the Emirates metro station. It is a non-stop bus service and takes around 20 minutes to reach to the destination. It costs you AED 5 from one side and to pay, you must carry RTA NOL card to access Dubai Bus Services. To be noted, Miracle Garden and Butterfly Park are adjacent to each other and same bus service is used to reach to Butterfly Park.

Entry Ticket

Dubai Butterfly Park is just next opposite to Miracle garden. For Butterfly Park, entrance fee is AED 50 and for Miracle Garden, it is AED 30. You can buy tickets easily over the counter. It is to be noted that entry is free for Disabled and children below 3 years of age.

Park is opened from 9AM to 7PM throughout the year, though you may need to have a check before visit since timings may change by the authorities.

Nearby Attractions

Miracle garden is another attraction and is just next to the Butterfly Park. If you are planning to visit Butterfly Park, we recommend you cover Miracle Garden also on the same day but do ensure you start your journey early in daytime to enjoy your visit at its fullest.

If you are planning you trip first time for Dubai and trip length is 3-4 days, we do not recommend this place since there are lot to explore in Dubai in 3-4 days. Though if you are here for a longer period or stay in Dubai then it’s a definite attraction to visit. Overall I felt ticket price is little expensive which could be around AED 25-30 but otherwise experience is good. I give 4 out of 5 star to this refreshing spot.
